Allegro Organizational Solutions (AOS)

In "mission organizations," individual members have a specific ministry but are employees of the umbrella organization. In the same way, Derek and Honey are employees of AOS. They are a 501c3 organization whose mission is to "give life to your vision."


This means that AOS is fully responsible for the financial side of the ministry, including donations, payroll, reimbursements and taxes, and they have a skillful HR team to help us in these areas.

Advisory Board

This wonderful group loves our family and, with their giftings and experiences, they give an extra level of accountability and expertise to help us live out the vision of Treasure Ministries.

We regularly consult them for various ministry related insights and also have a quarterly meeting. In this meeting we evaluate our ministry activities and review the funds spent for ministry purposes.

Derek and Honey are employees of Allegro, and so this Advisory Board is not an Executive Board - they have no formal legal responsibilities or decision-making authority.

Idahosa Iyawe


Gifted with administration, Idahosa was a pastor in Nigeria and completed his MA in Information Technology and Management at UT Dallas.


He's also been gifted with deep trust in the LORD and has great discernment to see how the good news of Jesus impacts all of daily living. He is a constant blessing from the LORD to Treasure Ministries.

Jennifer Roberts


Jennifer exudes joy and worship toward the LORD. Her love for the Father, Son, and Spirit is so encouraging and challenging! She pours out good works of wisdom and encouragement, serving many, and wanting people to know Jesus.


Her self-proclaimed "New York bluntness" is invaluable on the Advisory Board, as is her dedication to God-glorifying goals. She’s truly a blessing to us and our ministry.

Andrés Sánchez


Andres is originally from Colombia. He attended and taught at UT Dallas and is a zealous and gifted servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is so encouraging and has an incredibly strong mind.


These attributes, combined with his years of experience in public policy, enable him to help us administer logistics centered on the Lord.

Joe Thomas


Joe was an international student from India while completing his M.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland.


Joe has been around ministry his entire life, and he is gifted with compassion and a zeal to serve God. His whole life experience brings invaluable insights and support to Treasure Ministries.
